Teachers employed by the Highland Park Independent School District in Dallas, Texas may submit requests to HP Arts for funding of arts-related programming, instruments, or other tools. Each year, HP Arts receives more requests than it is able to fund. Well-presented Teaching Enrichment Request Forms (TERFs) make the review process easier and more efficient and alleviate the necessity for follow-up questions which can cause delay.
